Nurturing inner light in every child

We bring mindfulness practice to children, youth, and families — helping young minds grow with calm, focus, and emotional strength.

Five Pathways to Calm

Our work centers on practices that help children understand themselves, manage their feelings, and find peace in the present moment.

Stress

Stress even affects children. They learn how to determine when they feel stressed and also gain ways of how to bring back their peace amid the chaos that exists.

Mindfulness

Just “the practice of presence” in being aware of your breath, your body, the sounds around you. It’s “a way of being present in each moment rather than always looking toward the future.”

Mindfulness for Children

Following the methods developed by Eline Snel and MindUP, we have come up with programs which turn mindfulness into an entertaining exercise.

Visualization

It helps the kids make a comfortable place for themselves in their minds. The technique of imagining makes them learn how to relax their emotions and gain courage from their experiences.

Breathing

Breathe is constantly available. The way we teach our kids is through breathe – an art that is simple but powerful when it comes to grounding oneself.

Emotional Intelligence

With all that we do, children learn about empathy, compassion, and the knowledge that comes from being able to know one's own emotions and those of others.

The difference we see

Our mindfulness programs create measurable change in children's lives. These are results from our workshop participants.

63%
increase in optimism among children who completed our mindfulness program
25%
reduction in aggressive behavior during play after practicing mindfulness
86%
of children report improved mood and emotional well-being

Stories of transformation

Real words from children, parents, and families who have experienced the power of mindfulness.

“When I was ill, I imagined myself going to a good place. Visualization made me feel relieved from pain and inspired hope. I understood that my mind is not an enemy.”

Marta, age 23 — Workshop participant

"Due to fairy tales and other stories that were discussed in the classroom, I have learned how to control myself. Whenever I get upset or angry about something, I know that I should stop myself first and then think about it."

Patrycja, age 26 — Workshop participant

"Emma my daughter learned how to stop and take deep breaths before taking exams in school. She used to be frozen due to anxiety, but she now has something that she can do anywhere. Her confidence level has improved tremendously."

Emma's mother — Parent of participant

"Now that Tymek, my son who is 10 years old, has been attending the mindfulness sessions, he has become calmer. He applies the breathing exercise before sleeping, and he falls asleep faster than he did previously. Sometimes even when I feel stressed, he tells me to breathe."

Tymek's mother — Parent of participant

"The process of healing energy was delivered to my kid through breath. Through mindfulness, it enabled Julia to build her own inner strength even in challenging circumstances. I am very grateful for this gift."

Safety in taking risks

Today's world pulls children closer to screens and farther from real relationships. This is a social problem that affects every child — not just those in difficult circumstances.

We believe mindfulness practice should be available to children everywhere. Through presence, breathing, and emotional awareness, we help young people develop the inner strength to face life's challenges.

"We want to give goodness, kindness, and strength."
