What we do in workshops

Mindfulness is the ability to be present — to observe the signals flowing from the body, to rest, and to experience emotions. It is a way of living and experiencing life.

By training the mind in presence, we learn to live more mindfully — in the here and now. Through mindfulness, we become close to our emotions and intuition.

Our workshops are based on programs that reduce stress, build mental resilience, strengthen the immune system, and regulate emotions. We use the Eline Snel methods ("Mindfulness and the Peace of the Frog" and "MindUP"), the "Mindfulness in Education: Cosmos and Kajo" program by Jowita Wowczak and Katarzyna Kowalska-Bebas, and the experience and resources of our team.
